ELP AutoDetailing offers separate informational and promotional SMS programs. Customers may independently choose to receive informational messages concerning quote requests, appointments, and service updates, promotional messages concerning offers, reminders, and detailing tips, both message types, or neither. Each program requires its own optional, unchecked consent checkbox.

By voluntarily checking the applicable SMS consent checkbox on our website quote form and submitting your phone number, you expressly consent to receive the corresponding type of SMS messages from ELP AutoDetailing. You may consent to one program without consenting to the other.

This consent applies to all phone numbers you provide to us, including numbers associated with any service you request. You acknowledge that message and data rates may apply, and that you are responsible for any charges imposed by your mobile carrier.

Your consent is not a condition of purchasing any property, goods, or services from us. You may revoke your consent at any time by following the opt-out instructions provided in these Terms.

You may receive the following types of messages from ELP AutoDetailing:

• Quote Confirmations: Messages related to your quote request, including follow-up questions and scheduling details.
• Appointment Reminders: Reminders about upcoming or scheduled detailing appointments.
• Service Updates: Notifications regarding your appointment status, arrival times, or service completion.
• Promotional Messages: Occasional offers, seasonal promotions, or service reminders, where you have consented to receive them.

Message frequency varies and depends on your interactions with us. You will receive up to 4 messages per month. Promotional messages are sent less frequently.

Standard message and data rates may apply to messages sent to and received from ELP AutoDetailing. Your mobile carrier may charge you for text messages and data usage according to your wireless plan. You are solely responsible for any such charges.

Check your mobile plan for details on applicable rates before consenting to receive messages.

You may opt out of receiving SMS text messages from ELP AutoDetailing at any time by any of the following methods:

• Reply STOP to any text message you receive from us. This will immediately unsubscribe you from all future SMS messages.
• Reply HELP to any text message for assistance or additional information.
• Contact us directly at elvis@elpautodetailing.com and request to be removed from our messaging list.

After replying STOP, you will not receive further SMS messages from ELP AutoDetailing unless you subsequently provide new consent to receive messages.

ELP AutoDetailing does not guarantee the timely delivery or receipt of any message. Message delivery is subject to the performance and availability of your mobile carrier and network. We are not responsible for delayed, undelivered, or misdirected messages.

Carriers may filter or block messages. If you do not receive expected communications, please contact us via email or phone to ensure your request is fulfilled.

By using our website and services, you agree to the following obligations:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information when requesting a quote or scheduling an appointment.
• Maintain the security of your own mobile device and account credentials.
• Do not use our messaging services for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purpose.
